Job Description
  • Coordination of employee onboarding: offer letters, contracts. 
  • Maintenance of systems: HR system, training system.
  • Maintenance of personnel files, ensuring they are kept up to date. 
  • Supporting internal enquiries and requests relating to HR.
  • Assisting with the monthly payroll process.
