Job Description

This year, we've been named a finalist in the Housing Heroes Award for Employer of the Year. We received this nomination because of our work to support our teams during the coronavirus pandemic. We are a voluntary living wage employer and accredited as a Disability Confident Employer.

With wellbeing being one of our top priorities, we aim to help our employees achieve a successful work/life balance. We recognise that people have other commitments outside of work and therefore have a flexible working policy in place to support those who need to adjust the hours or days they work. We encourage employee participation on all levels, and we're always open to new ideas or ways of working. We regularly survey our employees and ask each other for feedback so that we continually improve and build trust.
