Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the Marketing Communications function and team by delivering high quality, timely and value for money content that meets the needs of the business.
  • Manage work to update and deliver content in all formats and across all channels, to ensure it's accurate and compliant and meets the needs of CHP and its audiences.
  • Ensure all work you produce, commission, manage or review is brand compliant, so that audiences have a consistent and compelling experience across all channels, products and services.
  • Co-ordinating the process for receiving and responding to requests for work making sure that needs are identified, assessed and actioned within agreed timescales.
  • Work with the Policy and Research manager to set up and distribute surveys on behalf of CHP including providing reports so that we can capture and respond to feedback.
  • Maintaining and managing the team's Digital Asset Management tool to make sure all images, brand assets, templates and guidelines are current, GDPR compliant, reviewed to agreed timelines and can be accessed easily by those who need it.
  • Collect, store, analyse and share data on CHP's marketing communications, to support reporting on performance and outcomes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience, knowledge and skills

  • Experience in delivering brand-compliant content across offline and digital channels.
  • Experience in commissioning content design and production from external suppliers and managing relationships with them.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of our customers, products, and services.
  • Understanding of research, evaluation methodology and data analytics for marketing and/or communications.
  • IT skills and ability to use systems appropriate to the role e.g.Microsoft Office, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey.
