- Experience in delivering brand-compliant content across offline and digital channels.
- Experience in commissioning content design and production from external suppliers and managing relationships with them.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of our customers, products, and services.
- Understanding of research, evaluation methodology and data analytics for marketing and/or communications.
- IT skills and ability to use systems appropriate to the role e.g.Microsoft Office, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey.
