• Support the sales team in processing orders, managing customer requests and processing payments
• General administration support for both sales and operations
• Updating and maintenance of the systems and customer database – SAP
• Take ownership of the sales stocks
• Support the company’s engineers with general requests

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in a similar position such as Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Office Administrator, Office Manager, Operations Administrator etc.
• Ideally experience with SAP
• Strong communication skills to deal with customers across the world
