Job Description
The role will be office-based, fast paced, in a rapidly changing environment, and will require an experienced individual with confidence to own their areas of responsibility whilst acting as part of a broader administrative team. The role will provide flexible support across the organization and reports to the Director.
This is also a full-time role so you must be immediately available to work a full working week.
Your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors including managing visitor passes and parking requirements
- Supporting with incoming and outgoing office goods, including management of courier accounts
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of in-house facilities
- Proactive diary management to assist in the scheduling of meetings (telephone, video conferencing, and face to face) for Senior Members of the team
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation as required
- Acting as part of a broader administrative team, providing flexible operational support across applicable Research, Development and Corporate/Operational teams
- Supporting and helping to maintain and implement applicable company administrative process, databases, and filing systems
- Providing co-ordination, and tracking compliance, for applicable company training activities
- Providing onboarding procedure co-ordination
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
