Job Description
  • Carrying out programming for projects using Google Apps Script to allow automation of G-Suite files creation and updates for wider projects and Faculty use 
  • Assist with any immediate IT need
  • Work alongside Operations Manager and Provision Lead with system configurations in order to identify automation and process improvement needs 
  • Developing and ensuring accuracy of reports for stakeholders from the system application, automation and processes
  • Working with the administration team to maintain high quality experience for candidates 
  • Troubleshooting errors and failures of the programs on a daily basis
  • Supporting and training team members in the use of the program interface, automation and processes 
  • Proactive and driven and able to work in a team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good general education to A level or equivalent 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Significant demonstrable administrative experience 
  • Ability to work on own initiative; team-working experience; problem-solving skills; flexible approach to working; great attention to detail.
