Job Description
This is a temporary position working full time hours. The role is fully office based.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for the service
- Managing the day to day administration of the service
- Managing the ordering process, checking items and processing invoices and dealing with any queries
- Dealing with external contracts and raising tickets relating to maintenance issues
- Planning and organizing Rota / shift plan for staff
- Archiving documents
- Updating staff training matrix and allocating staff training
