Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Programme is a two-year scheme, where you’ll quickly be involved in the day to day running of our business, whilst at the same time gaining exposure to senior management. It will be fast paced and testing but it’s designed for you to best understand how the business works, before moving into a more senior landing role.

Throughout this two-year programme, you will be mentored by a member of our leadership team, who will work closely with you on your development. You will also have dedicated time with our HR and Learning and Development teams, to ensure you have a full range of support throughout your time on the programme and that we use your preferences and skills to help guide you to the right career path for you.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• You’ve recently graduated, or you’re preparing to graduate in 2023 (ideally you’ll have either a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s plus some commercial experience gained through an industrial placement or internship)
• We recognise Master’s degrees and internships aren’t accessible for everyone, so if you don’t have these you’ll need some work experience in a customer-facing role plus a 2:1 or above predicted at undergraduate level
• You’re curious and committed, a flexible team player with good communication and social skills
• You need to be nationally mobile as your initial Account Manager role could be based anywhere in the UK
• Full, valid manual driving license is required.
