Job Description

• Maintaining employee data accurately, correctly and safely in line with data protection requirements
• Efficiently managing incoming employee queries to ensure they are responded to in an accurate and timely manner
• Working effectively and building relationships with our L&D, Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams, as well as other colleagues throughout the business.
• Professional and confident telephone manner, actively listening to queries and thinking carefully before providing a solution
• Preparing administration, updating the HR System and electronically filing paperwork for the following, but not limited to: Family Friendly - Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental and Flexible working
• Processing all employee lifecycle activities from joiners to leavers ensuring system activity and supporting electronic communication is effectively delivered to all employees
• Ensuring all Line manager change requests are actioned in a timely manner including, business area changes, salary changes etc.
• Reviewing and responding to Benefit Queries and administration
• Providing support on Ad hoc projects and notetaking as required

Supporting Senior HR Advisors with notetaking as required for case management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

With some experience of HR you will be looking to develop you career in a fast paced environment. You will be able to assimilate information from multiple sources to answer HR questions from our large workforce. A great team player with a can do attitude you will be flexible and adaptable and focused on providing great HR support to our business. Good knowledge of HR systems and Service Now are an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with all levels of colleagues throughout the business
