Job Description
We are looking for someone who is not only a problem solver, but they ensure that everything we do enables us to make our customers happy and exceed expectations while working as part of the team where hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting all D2C issues
- Performing system updates and daily stock checks
- Inventory control of packaging materials
- Owning the daily manifest for all carriers
- Tracking queried orders, locating lost parcels and dealing with all courier claims
- Resolving any D2C complaint cases
- Being responsible for internal and PR orders
- Ad Hoc duties such as Goods in and stock transfers
