Job Description

We are looking to expand their team and are eagerly looking to hire a Client Services Administrator to join their office. Supporting companies within the Finance sector for over twenty years they boast a list of well-known clients who you would be working closely with. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provided a superb service to your clients – mainly via telephone correspondence 
  • Compile reports for Team Leader
  • Process Administration, including amendments to policies and entering new client information
  • Ensuring you are compliant at all times and adhere to all security measures

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in and admin or customer service role
  • Your communication skills will be great
  • You work well under pressure and enjoy being in a fast paced environment
  • You are experienced in using all MS packages, mainly Word and Excel
  • If you have worked within the Financial Services Industry this would be a great benefit
