Job Description

Our client is looking for someone to provide excellent support to advisers and paraplanners. The individual will be a key member of the team, working alongside other members to providing paraplanning, administrative and compliance support. Our client is seeking someone who understands that the clients are the main priority and who offers a high level of service.
The role will consist of supporting paraplanners in preparing reports for clients reviewing their assets, managing client’s income needs in retirement and making investment trades. There is also the opportunity for development within the firm.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

An ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident in managing their own time and workload. You will be able to find solutions to problems and have the confidence to look for ways to develop and improve. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. Knowledge and experience of retirement and investment products would be preferred and will want to work towards Level 4 Diploma.
