Job Description

With wellbeing being one of our top priorities, we aim to help our employees achieve a successful work/life balance. We recognise that people have other commitments outside of work and therefore have a flexible working policy in place to support those who need to adjust the hours or days they work. We encourage employee participation on all levels, and we're always open to new ideas or ways of working. We regularly survey our employees and ask each other for feedback so that we continually improve and build trust.

  • Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outloook).
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
  • Manage the collation, recording and communication of property information following the handover of new units.
  • Lead on the maintenance and provision of analysis for projects and individual new home property information using SDS Sequel, Open Housing and other data management systems at CHP.
  • Lead in the monitoring and maintenance of property records and contract documents, including Title and Land Registration information to ensure all documentation is received and is accurate, liaising with a range of internal and external customers.
  • Co-ordinate the ‘signing and sealing' of development contracts.
  • Monitor and analyse the recording of defects throughout the defect liability period.
