Job Description
  • Embed strong accounting and financial systems and controls.
  • Support the delivery of efficient accounting and financial systems.
  • Oversee accounting policies, processes, procedures to meet appropriate accounting standards.
  • Conduct ongoing regular reviews of financial systems and controls and makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Collates, produces, and communicates financial management reports and analysis.
  • Produces analysis to support P&L projections.
  • Manage requests for information from regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all local and local tax rules and legislation.
  • Produces and provides information for internal and external reporting/audit purposes.
  • Participates where requested in regulatory discussions with regulators.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in a similar role, with strong leadership skills.
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or qualified by experience.
  • Previous management accounting and reporting experience preferably from a financial services or professional services industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
