Responsible for maintaining system administration activities within agreed service levels.
Accountable for managing support calls and raising support tickets to third party suppliers.
Accountable for supporting IT security/access issues and post clone steps.
Maintain system interfaces monitoring and events and support through escalations, resolutions and workarounds.
Provide advice on best use of system, solutions and workarounds to business users on request.
Ensure that incidents and service requests are appropriately and effectively prioritized and resolved.
Accountable for ensuring that the ERP system is administered efficiently and effectively, meeting business needs whilst ensuring appropriate system security and controls are in place.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of administering an Oracle Cloud ERP solution 3-5 years’ experience.
Oracle E-Business Suite Financials experience. (Certification ideally)
Experience with the following products/skills would be desirable. (Projects, Procurements, Payables, General Ledger, Assets)
Strong R2R experience including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Tax.
PBCS administration experience desirable but not essential.
Understanding of Oracle workflow automation.
Excellent client facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels
Experience of service delivery in an ERP environment (ITIL4 qualification is desirable)
