Job Description
  • Administer and maintain MS Dynamics CRM
  • Run and take action upon daily data housekeeping routines, and assist the business with the wider data strategies
  • Provide support for Dynamics CRM and other core company applications
  • New user training and support
  • Create representations of data in various formats
  • Maintain end user and technical documentation
  • Promote CRM use within the company, including its capabilities, potential uses and benefits
  • Working closely with the business and each department to improve CRM processes and introduce new functionality through customization
  • Manage relevant helpdesk requests to meet SLAs
  • Manage development request queue with Project Manager
  • Provide general IT assistance in support of Desktop Technician, including but not limited to, holiday cover
  • Regularly recording member contact ensuring that the interaction and outcomes are input to the membership database (CRM) to maintain records and reference member data
  • Following organizational process and procedures to ensure member expectations and agreed service level agreements are met
  • Managing and protecting member and customer information in accordance with policy and General Data Protection Regulations
  • Undertaking such other duties, commensurate with the responsibilities above, as may from time to time be required by members of the management team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have an in-depth understanding of Dynamics CRM 2016+ & its features, user and security management and principles for customization and workflow
  • Have a good understanding of sales, marketing, business processes and how they relate to CRM software
  • Have a strong IT background, with solid troubleshooting skills
  • Strong understanding of T-SQL
  • Introductory understanding of C# & CRM plugin development with capacity to develop skills - good to strong understanding is preferable
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with staff in each department is a key part of this role
  • Have a good attention to detail and ability to “scour” data to be able to verify and reconcile data
  • Have an open and friendly personality
  • Have experience with Click Dimensions or other marketing automation solutions<
