Job Description

You’ll be joining as an Administrator Apprentice for our Recruitment Team, providing support with various admin tasks that are vital for our efficiency and continued success. Also working as part of our wider HR team, you’ll play a key role in the continued growth of QA.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for completing the Right to Work (RTW) checks for all new starters, to ensure full compliance.
  • Manage the Recruitment email inbox, responding to enquiries in a timely manner and helping to improve the overall service provided.
  • Create and send employment contracts to help support urgent / high priority offers as required.
  • Manage internal requirements through our recruitment system.
  • Help with any Ad-Hoc recruitment administration activities / projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You’ll need a positive attitude towards getting the job done, while working to support the Talent Acquisition Team, a desire to learn and provide an excellent service.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Great written and spoken communication skills.
