Job Description
  • Dealing with all enquiries in a timely manner
  • Processing all referrals within agreed timescales
  • Communicating with satellite clinics to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • To initiate and explain patient processes
  • Filing all patient correspondence and updating the database accurately
  • Carrying out all required paperwork including scanning and allocating notes and invoices

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous administration experience within a fast-paced and commercial business environment will allow you to hit the ground running in this role.
  • You will have exceptional customer service skills and demonstrable working experience from a customer facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential with an excellent telephone manner.
  • You will be able to manage your own workload and priorities tasks to provide an efficient and effective administrative service and customer service.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and take ownership of your work.
  • You will be able to handle confidential and sensitive information and work well as part of a team.
  • You will have excellent IT skills in particular MS Excel and Word, and the ability to use a patient database to ensure all patient communication is documented.
