Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the relevant department as required. To understand, implement and adhere to the company policy/strategy.

What will you deliver?

  • Type and word process various documents and electronic information
  • Manage, organize and update relevant data using the relevant applications
  • Arrange and where necessary participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities
  • General office duties, e.g. filing, printing, photocopying, providing refreshments to the office
  • Maintaining the stationary supply
  • Reception and telephone responsibility as and when required
  • Photocopy all relevant information and distribute as appropriate to head office and other sites
  • Complete mail merges and prepare information ready to send in the post for Residents
  • Scan drawings and distribute and files as appropriate

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience within an admin based role
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Computer Literate in MS Office
  • Previous experience within construction sector
  • Advanced skills in MS Office
