A Customer Service Assistant is an important part of the company and you will be the first point of contact for customer contact. You will need to be able to answer all calls professionally and have a friendly, helpful manner when answering any enquires.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking customer orders both over the phone and by email - Answering customer enquires - Arranging customer collections - Dealing with customer complaints efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction - Promote products and services - Liaise with other departments
The starting salary is £18,000 per annum however after successful completion of a 3 month probation period this would rise to £18,720. Holiday entitlement 20 days + bank holidays Free Parking on site No prior experience required, full training will be provided!
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who is looking to develop and progress within a growing business. You will need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, have an adaptable and flexible approach accompanied with the desire to grow with the company
