Job Description

We are proud to be working on this newly created role in partnership with the UK arm of this leading international and multidisciplinary infrastructure construction company, specializing in the development and delivery of key infrastructure projects across the globe.

You will be responsible for the management of UK internal reporting, managing and challenging cost control.A core value of the business is the development and training of their employees, the development of apprentices and supporting the local community they work alongside, including working with local school and community initiatives.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous construction or infrastructure experience is essential.
  • Understanding of cost control and reporting within the construction environment, producing CVRS etc.
  • Qualified accountant DESCG (ACCA) with a strong track record in reporting including an advanced knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Strong foundation in cost control and management, and the regulatory environment and rules.
  • Experience of leading a significant change initiatives - business disposals, entity restructuring
  • Ability to understand and articulate how future accounting and regulatory changes may impact our business or products.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to communicate key messages to a non-technical audience.
  • Understanding of how a controlled financial reporting environment should operate.
  • Experience of leading financial and regulatory reporting end-to-end.
  • Experience of dealing with regulators and external auditors.
