Job Description

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who understands the importance of accurate data and has the ability to interrogate databases and understand financial processes. The post-holder will also be responsible for administering our philanthropic grants processes, organizing Committee meetings, preparing and circulating papers and taking minutes.

The Team also looks after income from charitable trusts and legacies and the post holder will process legacy income, liaising with executors to ensure the appropriate paperwork is gathered and procedures followed. Training can be provided to ensure the post-holder has a good grasp of the legalities involved with legacy administration.

We offer a generous reward package and are flexible in relation to working patterns. This is a part-time post for 28 hours per week which must include Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
