In this role, you can expect to provide support to the team with the transfer of planning submissions via the document management system. This will involve working with ASC (our design joint venture) to ensure all deliverables are on the document management system and available for transfer.
You will be required to work with the planners to ensure all submissions and recent document revisions are transferred to the document management system. In addition, complete decision notice documents and upload decision notices to the document management system.
The role requires support in obtaining all document references for minutes and uploading minutes and presentations to the document management system. You will also be keeping records of pre-application consultation meetings with the Council up to date.
The role may require additional day-to-day admin support with planning deliverables and compiling evidence for Undertakings and Assurances.
