Job Description

The Credit Controller is a particularly important member of the Finance and Accounts team, which has three employees, and will be key in managing the regular customers in all aspects of Credit Control. This role will initially be office based but there will be opportunities for hybrid working once settled and fully trained.
Duties:

• Posting cash received
• Issuing customer statements
• Chasing customer debts via telephone and letters
• Issuing chase letters
• Placing accounts on hold
• Removing accounts from on hold
• Consulting with Debt Collectors such as LPL
• Opening new customer accounts
• Assessing Credit limits such as on Credit Safe.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 3 + years Credit Control experience
• Knowledge of Sage
• Ability to work at a quick pace in a high-volume environment
