Job Description

You will be tasked with providing an integral supporting function for the Surgical Gloves and Operating Room Solutions marketing teams as they look to further establish our surgical portfolio within the healthcare market. You will be given the opportunity to contribute creative ideas and manage your own projects, allowing you to stamp your own mark on the success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating marketing materials and presentations as agreed with Product Managers and Marketing Manager
  • Tracking sample and literature usage in line with budget and ensure stock is maintained and distributed as required on samples platform
  • Creating customer communications with reference to new and discontinued products
  • Maintaining all digital marketing materials , ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible to all internal teams
  • Running reports for product changes and communicating details to internal and external stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Monitor the website and campaigns inboxes, distributing sales leads to relevant stakeholders
  • Support with editing artwork via InDesign

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Relevant degree or equivalent academic study with marketing or business management
  • Strong I.T skills with MS Office, InDesign/Adobe Suite advantageous
  • Demonstrable time management and organizational skills
  • Proven high level of written and verbal communication
  • Analytical and strategic mindset
  • Fluent English written and spoken
