Job Description

Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive medical administrative support, working closely with the Community Paediatricians and the wider clinical teams for Children’s Specialist Services.

A flexible approach is needed as the services needs change daily in a fast paced environment. This Senior Administrator position will include having direct responsibility for dedicated administration tasks and line management (including 121s and appraisals) of administrators within the team. You must possess strong organizational skills and be sensitive with confidential and complex information.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have a good standard of English and Math. Preferably possessing an AMSPAR/medical terminology qualification/RSA III qualification/equivalent experience. Experience of SystmOne would be an advantage, but full training will be provided. The successful candidate will have MS Office and other IT systems experience.

  • Work flexibly across 3 work bases – virtually and face to face – in watford, st albans and hemel hempstead.
