Job Description
The Operations administrator is responsible for working as part of a team to ensure the delivery of a smooth, planned, and organized operational service to stakeholders. This role supports a team of Operations Executives in the day-to-day administration tasks required to run support’ function for one or more of our client’s field activities.
These tasks need to be fulfilled whilst working to relevant operational processes and standards and ensuring that these are adhered to by external customers (e.g. client teams).
They will optimize the use of all available systems and technology, identifying opportunities to add value and enhance company for both clients and retailers
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the client account managers and the briefing templates ensure all relevant offers/surveys/homepage/audits and competitions are uploaded onto *shopt accurately and in line with SLA
- Location verification process management, this includes interrogation of any anomalies and verification in line with SLA criteria
- Management of retailer comms and responses in line with SLA criteria, to include onboarding of new retailers to the app in order to educate them to become self-serve escalating queries as necessary to ensure retailer engagement and satisfaction is maintained
- Working alongside the client account managers flag any offers that are under/over performing in order to further improve.
- Pro-active approach to identifying areas of continuous improvement to enhance the end user experience, support the client account managers in order to drive effective and efficient ways of working and reduce any duplication of tasks undertaken by the Operations team
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders and suppliers
- Completion of administration tasks as directed by Operations Manager that fall within the Operations Administrator role
- Other duties as required which are reasonably within the scope of the role eg testing new features and app updates
