Job Description
  • Maintain and develop the integrity of the firm's CRM system
  • Ongoing regular data maintenance
  • Analyze data issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Ensure all data is kept secure and legally compliant
  • Manage set up and deactivation of users
  • Monitor data quality, duplicate checking, data migrations and data integration
  • Prepare and import data from a wide variety of sources including FAME, Excel and Outlook
  • Fulfil internal requests for data queries, mailing selections and analysis
  • Generate and maintain existing reports from the CRM system
  • Create new reports to support marketing and activity
  • Develop a close working relationship with the CRM vendor and their development team
  • Deliver training to new users, either one-to-one or in small group sessions
  • Support the marketing and team with ongoing projects to integrate other tools into the CRM system
  • Developing best practice for CRM use across the business and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with marketing and operations teams to support ongoing development of the database functionality, usability and reporting
  • Participate in additional ad hoc projects relating to systems integration and execution of marketing campaigns

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Be authentic in every situation and like to be connected to your team, clients and local communities

  • Be driven to succeed, take initiative and want results
  • As well as the above you will be nearly or fully CIM qualified and have at least three years' experience working in a previous marketing role.
  • Having MS accreditation is advantageous.
  • Have strong Excel skills including v-lookup, macros etc.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM desired but not essential
  • Power BI experience desired but not essential
  • Previous experience in a data led role
