Main Responsibilities
- Input quotations & sales orders received via telephone, email, fax etc
- Answer customer queries relating to sales order status, pricing etc
- Create customer accounts on CRM
- Input relevant customer information onto CRM
- Liaise with Purchasing, Warehouse and Machine Shop departments to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
- Process Production Orders and BOMs
- Take credit card payments
- Other general duties as required by the company
- Comply with company health & safety requirements
- Comply with company ISO procedures
