Drive brand vision and plans and refine them to ensure that we deliver growth ( 5 year planning, winning plans for next fiscal both for Oxo – in stock & beyond, for Paxo- and for Herbs and Spices/ other adjacency ambitions (Cape & beyond) Deliver each aligned plan, assessing & course correcting in-year against key growth drivers (Innovation, Penetration & Share, Core growth, Profitability etc.) Work with the Brand Director to evolve and recommend ATL support plans & annual evolution. & control CM Spend. Ensure Innovation plans & delivery aligned against business strategy of 10% of Brand T/O from NPD/EPD, ensure Innovation resource focused in right areas & brand team develops & delivers closer in EPD programme. To lead, motivate, inspire both the brand team (2 direct reports (SBM & BM) + linked Innovation resource)) plus a wider cross functional network incl., Insights & sales, supply chain, finance and key agencies. Plus coaching & development of the 2 direct reports
