Job Description
Initially, this will be an entry-level sales and marketing role, where you’ll be required to master the basics of branding, marketing, sales, and customer service. The first month of the role will be intense and will be focused on education. You will be provided with all of the tools to become highly knowledgeable about all clients, learning the necessary product knowledge to be able to represent them in a highly professional manner. You will then take on more responsibility, motivating and managing a small team, conducting training, and ensuring all KPIs are met.
This is a very varied role, which is both office and field-based. One thing we can promise is that no two days will be the same. Therefore, it’s vital that you can adapt quickly, are versatile and can think on your feet.

For legal reasons, applicants must be 18 or over. Applicants must be able to commute to our office in Colchester daily. Applicants successful at the initial stage will be invited to attend an assessment day.
