Advise and recommend reviews and updates to develop policy and procedure in area of specialism. Support operational teams regarding specialist policy and procedures and monitor implementation.
Maximise the turnaround and usage of all properties in line with CHP's corporate objectives, working closely with Homes and Places teams.
Work pro-actively with Local Authority partners to develop high quality Lettings Plans for all new build schemes to help create cohesive and sustainable communities.
Manage all aspects of the shortlisting process in accordance with the allocations and lettings policy, including temporary accommodation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of social housing and lettings process.
Knowledge of data protection legislation and working with sensitive personal data.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
Values and Personal Competencies
Experience of allocations and lettings.
Housing regulatory standards, good practice, and updated knowledge of Housing Law.
