Manage the collation, recording and communication of property information following the handover of new units.
Lead on the maintenance and provision of analysis for projects and individual new home property information using SDS Sequel, Open Housing and other data management systems at CHP.
Lead in the monitoring and maintenance of property records and contract documents, including Title and Land Registration information to ensure all documentation is received and is accurate, liaising with a range of internal and external customers.
Co-ordinate the ‘signing and sealing' of development contracts.
Monitor and analyse the recording of defects throughout the defect liability period.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working in an office environment.
Excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outloook).
