Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversight of financial processes and month end reporting
- Managing a team of junior finance professionals - continuous professional development
- Producing full set of Management Accounts to trial balance
- Balance Sheet and P+L Production for Senior Stakeholders
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Cash management - Banking relationships, facilities & cash flow forecasting
- Introducing a comprehensive management and reporting pack
- Oversight of the bookkeeping for the business (team of 4) - Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking
- Continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures across finance and operations
- Liaising with current outsourced accounting provision for Audits
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Producing MI & Feedback to the Board, industry trends and competitor information.
- Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Skills / Requirements;
- Experience in an SME environment
- Operational experience
- Passionate about efficient processes and systems
- Stakeholder / Partner management experience
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified or QBE Type
- Sense of fun and full of energy
- Strong management skills
