Job Description
- Monitor personnel mailbox and categorize/redirect enquiries
- Record annual leave and sickness absences
- Filing (paper and electronic)
- Raising staff requests
- Putting job descriptions into latest template
- Preparing shortlisting forms
- Requesting (and chasing) references
- Preparing interview packs, including interview forms
- Booking meeting rooms
- Meeting and greeting interview candidates
- Administering tests to candidates
- Assist with New Starter processes, including updating spreadsheets and arranging induction meetings
- Assist with Leaver processes, including updating spreadsheets
- Preparing standard letters using templates, e.g. end of probation
- Update Training Log
- Other ad hoc admin/clerical tasks
