Job Description

We are looking for someone who is adept at learning and apprehending things fairly quickly, strong prioritization and multitasking skills and some expertise in the use of programmes such as 'SAP', 'Oracle' or any procurement system related languages. As part of the business, you will be tasked with supporting the delivery of a robust procurement framework in line with the client's stakeholders and work collaboratively with the client's execution partner, to ensure increasing procurement maturity and increment business value for both parties.

  • Manage multiple, conflicting interests and deadlines.
  • Supporting stakeholders in understanding the end-to-end process for their business unit.
  • Providing user support and training with systems and processes involved in the use of cost budget.
  • Reviewing spend requests.
  • Supporting and co-creating system to increase efficiency of existing systems.
  • Managing queries from end users.
  • Ensuring robust service delivery mechanisms are in place and appropriately adhered to.
  • Assisting with any project related activity.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to interpret and evaluate information.
  • Experience and knowledge in the use of general administrative skills.
  • Procurement System Experience in programmes such as 'SAP', 'Oracle', etc.
