Job Description
You will ensure that people records are actioned, maintained and accurate at all times.
- Provide accurate, timely and efficient HR administration customer service to enquiries from the business and external organizations via Workday or Service Now.
- Maintain and promote data security, quality and integrity, working within the parameters of confidentiality, within GDPR and Employment law principles at all times.
- Deliver high quality HR service within a high volume service, consistently meeting client expectations within agreed HR KPIs and SLAs adhering to agreed policies, processes and procedures.
- Identify and raise more complex HR issues to the appropriate person within the wider HR Team.
- Utilized and record all task requests via Service Now to assist in effective processing across the team and allow for escalation where appropriate.
- Produce and issues accurate standard documentation including contracts of employment, changes of terms and conditions, payroll instructions etc. in a timely efficient manner as requested within the authorization routes as agreed.
- Build, develop and maintain effective relationships with internal customers across all of the business, working in a professional manner at all times by developing and maintain good working knowledge of all areas of HR procedures and good practices, ensuring up to date knowledge.
- Work with HR colleagues and other business functions to ensure effective HR Administration tasks are completed for effective service delivery. Including participating in identifying and implementing continuous improvements to HR Processes and activities
