Job Description

You will utilize live feed systems, be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the safe deployment of employees, vehicles and equipment for the Assistance Service, planning for disruption to the planned schedule, monitoring changing airline schedules ensuring customer requirements are made in accordance with contractual and service level agreements. You will be the central point of communication for our airport partners, handling agents, airlines and our own team.

Main Duties:

• Using the computerized systems available you will constantly monitor the movement of customer aircraft and consider the requirements of every customer against the operational needs or limitations and assign the appropriate resource with the necessary skills and equipment to achieve the task within the required timeframe and to specification.
• Maintain & practice high level of customer service at all times when conversing with GAL, airlines & passengers etc.
• You must be confident in raising operational issues with the Senior Management team on duty, and colleagues in other supervisory positions that are customer facing.
• You must proactively inform line manager of any operational concerns at the earliest opportunity.
• Ensure you are familiar with any operational changes that occur & brief staff on operational issues when required.
• To complete any additional reasonable duties as directed by operational management.
