Job Description

We have an excellent permanent opportunity for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a market leading company in Thame. Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, Up to £24,000 per annum + benefits Package.
You will help create and process the production and logistics documentation. In addition to this you will have a hands on role with the department assisting with goods in, goods out and stock control and handling the coordination of the parts demand for the service activities. the Logistics administrator's role will be varied but will include:

  • Raising, issuing and completing Works Orders using company ERP system, in accordance with ISO processes and procedures.
  • Receipt, booking in, inspection and storage of components in a timely manner and in accordance.
  • Picking, packing and dispatch of sales and service orders in a timely manner and in accordance.
  • Maintaining good communication in a co-operative and professional manner at all levels and with all departments within the company.
  • Raising inaccuracies with procedures, and suggesting possible solutions where known.

You will have had some experience of working in a busy warehouse / production / parts department. You will have excellent IT skills including MS Office Packages, be familiar with ERP systems and be able to work to strict deadlines.
