Job Description
  • Co-ordination of employee onboarding.
  • Right to work checks for new starters.
  • Coordinate and maintain HR/training systems.
  • Providing administrative support for all HR processes - following up with relevant documentation.
  • Maintaining personnel files, ensuring they are kept up to date.
  • Supporting internal enquiries and requests relating to HR.
  • Assisting with the monthly payroll process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Admin experience
  • Passion for starting a career in HR
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
