Job Description
  • Supporting colleagues with the onboarding process through raising contracts of employment, creating welcome event packs and conducting eligibility to work checks
  • Create temporary assignment agreements
  • Electronically file employee documentation on SAP HS
  • Process requests and contractual changes through the SAP global personnel systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond in a professional and timely manner
  • Uphold procedural compliance and GDPR standards
  • Process digital expense claims through SAP Concur
  • Create access and discount cards

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude
  • Significant administration experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to work to critical deadlines
  • Able to priorities own projects and support team objectives
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office packages
  • Awareness of HR and GDPR statutory guidance desired
