- Supporting colleagues with the onboarding process through raising contracts of employment, creating welcome event packs and conducting eligibility to work checks
- Create temporary assignment agreements
- Electronically file employee documentation on SAP HS
- Process requests and contractual changes through the SAP global personnel systems
- Provide excellent customer service and respond in a professional and timely manner
- Uphold procedural compliance and GDPR standards
- Process digital expense claims through SAP Concur
- Create access and discount cards
