Job Description
Screening the candidates for your recruitment business area.
Supporting the screening of the candidates for the wider recruitment team - if required.
Working with your recruiter, team and hiring managers to ensure candidates are screened in an efficient and timely manner.
Supporting candidates through the screening process, advising them on the outstanding documentation required from them and how to obtain it if they are unsure.
Working alongside your team to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met (Recruiter, Recruitment Admin and Screeners)
Manning the screening inbox on your set day, filtering out the emails to the relevant person.
Data Entry for screening trackers.
Data gathering for monthly/weekly reports.
