Job Description
  • Screening the candidates for your recruitment business area.
  • Supporting the screening of the candidates for the wider recruitment team - if required.
  • Working with your recruiter, team and hiring managers to ensure candidates are screened in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Supporting candidates through the screening process, advising them on the outstanding documentation required from them and how to obtain it if they are unsure.
  • Working alongside your team to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met (Recruiter, Recruitment Admin and Screeners)
  • Manning the screening inbox on your set day, filtering out the emails to the relevant person.
  • Data Entry for screening trackers.
  • Data gathering for monthly/weekly reports.
  • Additional reasonable duties which fall within the remit of this role

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Experience with MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Previous administration experience within a busy administrative/coordination post
