Setting up of new users, resetting passwords and disabling leavers access on our CMS
Log and monitor all incoming help desk tickets using our ticketing system
Provide technical support to all CMS users with support from the Projects & Data Systems manager
Setting up of new users & disabling leavers access on our online learning and development platform
Enrolling users onto our online internal learning and development platform
Uploading of new content to the online internal learning and development platform
Preparing data import files from external parties for loading into our case management system
Importing cases into our case management system via excel spreadsheet, csv file, text, or XML file
Reviewing data extracts on a regular basis as and when they are required
Ensure any changes to the case management system and processes are thoroughly tested before authorising sign off once built by the projects and data systems manager
Uploading files by secure file transfer and retrieving them daily
Assisting the projects and data systems manager on any special projects that may be required from time to time
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
Demonstratable ability using Microsoft Excel use of VLOOKUPS, basic formulas and pivot tables
Strong numeracy skills
Ability to work on own initiative, troubleshoot & prioritise workload
