Job Description

The client are a rapidly growing SME within the Science and Research industries who work closely with a large number of businesses across a range of industries and sizes. They deliver exceptional customer services and therefore this is a proactive role responsible for anticipating and fulfilling the needs of the client in advance. The role is a full time position based in St. Albans with hybrid working, and ideal either for a candidate with experience in a professional services industry/ administrative/ customer service role, or alternatively for an entry-level candidate with excellent attention to detail and communication skills who is looking for a long term role with a company they can progress within.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Act as the client's key point of contact
  • Conduct due diligence on new clients
  • Liaise internally and externally to collate all required information
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Ensure the firm are always working in the best interests of their clients
  • Record all activity on the system
  • Respond to queries via phone and email and keep in regular contact with each client
  • Escalate or refer any potential leads from clients
  • Build excellent rapport with allocated client lis
