Job Description
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Taking inbound enquiries from prospective and existing customers
- Liaising with customers via email and various messaging systems
- Following up on warm leads - closing, inputting and processing hire and sales orders via the CRM system and hire management system
- Providing customers with prices
- Taking payment from customers over the phone
- Performing to team and individual targets
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate:
- Office and sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to use own initiative and work under pressure, be very organised, efficient and can multitask.
- Due to the location, your own transport is essential
