Job Description
  • Manage a team of 2-3 junior and senior accountants
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and yearly closing reporting
  • Lead process improvements and other internal projects
  • Work closely with the business and wider company stakeholders
  • Support with budgets and business decisions
  • Produce financial reports and statements on a regular basis
  • Communicate with external advisers and auditors
  • Manage tax and compliance for several legal entities
  • Your responsibilities will broaden rapidly, and you will quickly take ownership of various projects to improve our processes whilst working closely with the finance management team and the rest of the business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Finance/Business Administration degree, minimum Bachelor
  • Prior team management experience
  • Experience within education and training/consultancy/business services desirable
  • Ability to thrive in an international and fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional language is a plus
