Job Description
You will be working in an environment like no other, creating bespoke menus for some of the biggest clients in aviation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To be the main point of contact for all suppliers and customers requiring catering or concierge services for private flights
- To Assist in the day to day management of orders, amendments, complaints and cancellations via phone and email
- Processing new orders and providing quotations for perspective customers
- Assisting in securing new business and driving brand loyalty for existing customers
- Working closely with chefs to suggest suitable catering options and inspiration for our customers
- Planning daily logistics for both quality control team and drivers to ensure timely delivery of all catering across various airports in the UK
- Successful candidate must be comfortable working on their own and able to work under pressure
- 24 hour operation, 365 days a week and enhanced security training provided.
Hours range from 12 hour shifts to 8 hour shifts on a rotational basis, weekend and evening work required. 5 days out of 7 days
