Work within the compliance team to assist in ensuring DM’s systems and processes are and remain compliant with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, including on Health and Safety, Corporate Social Responsibility and Data Protection.
To coordinate the resolution of Facilities Maintenance issues
Assist with internal and external audits
Assist with the enhancement of existing policies, procedures and controls.
Support the central facilities management function to assist in streamlining processes and reduce costs, and proactively resolve compliance and FM issues raised.
Maintain good records including audit reports, review updates, meeting notes and comprehensive file updates.
Assist with consumables and PPE inventory, allocation and return.
Answer incoming company calls and be main point of contact for incoming calls.
Take responsibility for incoming and outgoing post.
