Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming correspondence from 3am.
  • Identify & categorise legal documents
  • Scan documents
  • Review scanned documents, working to identify any missed documentation and rescan where necessary
  • Assist with daily issues, investigations as required
  • Organise daily work within the stated timeframes and complete tasks in line with Team Leader direction.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Requirements:

  • Looking for candidates with the desire to learn and grow within the team
  • A keen eye for detail
  • General administration experience, desirable not essential
