INVESTMENT JOBS Working with leading brands within the asset management arena JohnstonGreer recruit frontline individuals such as Investment Managers and Analysts through to operational staff. INSURANCE JOBS JohnstonGreer has recruited throughout the Insurance industry for over 10 years with our clients including Companies, Loss Adjusters and a wide range of Brokers across all classes of business. We are exclusive recruiters for some of the leading brand names within the UK working with a range of Insurance roles including underwriting, claims, business development, sales and account handling. FINANCIAL PLANNING/IFA JOBS Since 1994 the Directors of JohnstonGreer have recruited Financial Advisors. Post RDR we recruit Wealth Managers for a range of organisations including regional and national firms (IFA and Restricted), retail and private banking brands, professional practices within the Accountancy, Legal and Stockbroking spaces plus Employee Benefit Consultants within the Corporate arena. BROKER CONSULTANT/BDM JOBS The intermediary distribution channel has been re-shaped over the last few years and we still recruit Broker Consultants for the traditional providers across pensions, investment and protection, though many of our assignments today are for Business Development Managers working with niche players across a number of specialisms including SIPP, Fintech, fund suite, asset management, DFM, platforms and support services. PARAPLANNER JOBS The JohnstonGreer team has extensive experience of recruiting Paraplanners working with opportunities ranging from Trainee Paraplanner through to highly experienced Chartered Technical Assistants. Every firm is different and looking for a different type of Paraplanner with some options focused on back office technical work whilst others are very client facing and directly involved in the advice process. SALES SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION JOBS A crucial element within any firm is the administration support and JohnstonGreer recruit for all of our clients in these areas. We deal with the recruitment of experienced staff from junior administrator roles through to senior sales support. PENSION AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION JOBS JohnstonGreer recruit a wide range of pension professionals including Pension Scheme Administrators (DB, DC and GPP), Technicians, SIPP Administrators and other specialists for a wide range of clients including in-house schemes, third-party administrators, consultancies and actuarial firms. Across Employee Benefits we provide staff within the niche sectors of Group Risk (Life, Critical Illness, PHI), Healthcare and other flexible benefits.
